Adam Lonon has led the girls basketball program since 2017. In his first two seasons his team has captured back-to-back Times-Dispatch Invitational Tournament (TDIT) Championships and made it to the VISAA State Quarterfinals twice. As a player, Lonon was a standout at the Steward School before playing Division I basketball at Virginia Military Institute. Lonon coached the girls basketball team at Steward from 2011-2016. A certified strength and conditioning coach, Lonon supports the Titan athletic program by running training exercises for boys and girls teams across all three seasons. In the offseason, Lonon runs an independent basketball skills academy, Adam Lonon Basketball.
