College Visits

For Trinity Students and Families

Trinity is proud to have strong relationships with a number of colleges, both near and far. College representatives travel to high schools to meet with interested students in the fall months, typically from September to early November. This timeframe complements the college application timeline in the senior year of high school. Trinity invites seniors and juniors to meet with college reps when they are on campus; we encourage students to attend visits to colleges that they plan to apply to, as their schedule permits.

The calendar for college visits can be found on the main Trinity calendar, in Scoir, and announcements are made weekly during Morning Meeting. Students should sign up for visits in advance so that they can ask teachers for permission to attend. The sign-up form is shared in Morning Meeting and is on posters around campus.

For College Representatives

We’d love to have you connect with our students and community! As the only independent school in Richmond offering the International Baccalaureate Programme, our students are taught and encouraged to balance intellectual curiosity with creativity, passion and engagement. As such, Trinity students are well-rounded; they are involved in athletics, the arts, leading clubs, giving back to their communities and serving on committees. Trinity students are well-equipped to balance rigor, change and challenge upon graduation because of our values and the curriculum and framework that the IB Programme provides.

We are hosting college visits for the 2025-26 school year. Our visits can be booked on Scoir.
