Parents

Parent Info

All parents, students and faculty are given login credentials to this website at the beginning of the school year (no later than Back to School Night for new parents).

Benefits of logging in:
  • Faculty, Student and Parent directories, including a map view to help with carpool planning.
  • Resource Boards consolidating important links, policies and procedures, along with direct links to individual teacher pages.
If you are unable to login successfully, please contact the school registrar, Isa Dunaway, at isadunaway@trinityes.org or (804) 327-3145.
In addition to this website, Trinity also uses a separate web- and app-based system called PowerSchool to manage student academic records, schedules and grades. This is also where parents can access, complete and update their MagnusHealth online student medical records.

Parents and students may login to PowerSchool accounts here, or under the “LOGIN” dropdown menu at the top-right corner of each web page.

To download the mobile app, visit:

Parent eNews

How do you keep up with the happenings at Trinity? In addition to the "Calendar Announcements" box on the News Room page, Trinity sends out a Parent eNews every third week via email. This triweekly eNews provides a snapshot of details for upcoming events and programs, deadline reminders and links to resources for parents.

To make sure the eNews does not end up in your spam folder, please add trinitynews@trinityes.org to your address book.

If you are not receiving these emails, please contact the school registrar, Isa Dunaway at isadunaway@trinityes.org or (804) 327-3145.
