Chicken Sandwich Thursday
Lunch at Trinity has come a long way since the days of Stewart heat-and-eat sandwiches handed out in the back of E-Hall in the 1970’s.
Over the years, parent volunteers have overseen and staffed a variety of popular culinary options, including “Pizza Friday” and “baked potato day.” But it wasn’t until the early 2000s that the school settled on its regular rotation of catered options. Since that rotation started, there has been one day that you can set your clock to: Chicken Sandwich Thursday.
