Weiler ’00 and Wong ’03 announced as 2019 Hall of Fame Inductees
Laura Hamlin Weiler ’00 and Kristen Wong ’03 will be inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame in the first weekend of December.
Laura Hamlin Weiler '00 competed on several sports teams during her time as a Titan including soccer, lacrosse, basketball and field hockey. She was a part of the 1999 and 2000 basketball championship teams and the 2000 lacrosse championship team. During her senior season of lacrosse, she scored 62 goals and was named Athlete of the Year. She is now the Head of Community Engagement at Trinity and coaches the girls cross country team.
Kristen Wong '03 played lacrosse, field hockey and basketball during her time at Trinity. She was a part of the 2001 and 2002 lacrosse championship teams. She went on to play lacrosse for the College of William & Mary where she was named a two-time First Team All-CAA player and was also selected to the United States Women's Elite team. Wong is now completing her surgical residency in New York.
Weiler and Wong will be inducted into the Hall of Fame in the Estes Athletic Center during the Dale Travis basketball tournament in the first weekend of December.
