Update from the School Counselor: Resources for Self-Care

Self-care is vital during times of stress.  It is important that we take time each day to prioritize our mental health and wellbeing.  Attached below are resources for students and families regarding mental health and self care.  Over the coming weeks, Mallory Ballard, Trinity's school counselor, will be providing online counseling sessions for students.  Please reach out to Mrs. Ballard with any questions or concerns.
