Quiet Days for Exam Prep and Exam Schedule

In order to encourage good study habits as students ready themselves for semester exams, Thursday, December 14 and Friday, December 15 will be “Quiet Days.” During the school day, the major gathering areas in the school, such as the Commons and Powell Library, will become places for quiet study. The exam schedule for the following week is below.

Monday, December 18

9:00 - 11:00 a.m. (social studies)

Tuesday, December 19

9:00 - 11:00 a.m. (world language)
12:30 - 2:30 p.m. (math)

Students should report for exams at least fifteen minutes prior to their exam. Dress code is relaxed for exams. Lunch WILL NOT be served on Monday, December 18, but WILL be served (for those who preordered it) on Tuesday, December 19beginning at 10:45 a.m.

Any student with an exam abnormality should contact Head of Student Life Laura Weiler. Makeup exams will take place Wednesday, December 20 from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. in the library.

Classes resume following Christmas Break on Tuesday, January 2. The second quarter (and first semester) will end Friday, January 12, 2017.
