Laura Weiler is in her 15th season as a Trinity coach, a tenure that has also included coaching girls basketball, girls soccer and girls lacrosse. As girls cross country coach, Weiler strives to provide a supportive and positive team environment that brings out the best in each athlete, teaching them to work collectively to achieve a common goal. Weiler's team won the 2012 League of Independent Schools championship. Weiler was named LIS Coach of the Year of 2012 and 2016.
Weiler is also a Trinity alumna who played soccer, basketball, lacrosse, and field hockey during her time at Trinity. She made multiple All-LIS teams and was named Female Athlete of the Year as a senior. In December 2019, she became a member of the Trinity Athletic Hall of Fame. Weiler also serves as head of community engagement at Trinity.
