Sam Mickens Titan Football Camp

Course Description

Titan campers will learn the latest skills and techniques at every positions to help them prepare for the upcoming combine/football season. Campers will have an opportunity to compete in a fun, competitive camp environment. 7v7 games, OL vs. DL, and DB vs. WR one on one’s…All the drills and skills needed to master the upcoming showcase season.    

As an added bonus, campers will be taught to run faster and jump higher in special daily speed and power sessions taught by Trinity’s strength and conditioning coach, Adam Banwarth in the state of art Hupp Strength and Fitness Center.

About the Director

Titan Football camp is led by Virginia Independent School Athletic Association Division II two-time Coach of Year (’14 & ’15) and two-time consecutive VISAA Division II State Champion coach Sam Mickens. Coach Mickens is entering his 11th year at Trinity Episcopal School and 7th season as Head Coach of the Titans. Coach Mickens brings a wealth of knowledge about the sport and recruiting process. He has numerous former players playing at the Division I, II, and III level. Special guests will include current and former college football players.
