Cost: $275 **Make checks payable to Trinity Episcopal School. Cash or checks must be received by February 8, 2019.
Departure: Students should arrive at Trinity between 6:45 and 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 9. We will depart in a Trinity bus once all gear is loaded. Return: We will return to Trinity in the evening on Wednesday, March 13. We plan on stopping for food on the way home, so we will be contacting parents in the afternoon on Wednesday with our estimated time of arrival.
Weather/Injury: In the event of unmanageable weather or an injury that prevents further travel, we will end the trip early and contact parents. Due to chaperone limitations, the group must stay together as one unit. Rain and snow are expected, but a blizzard/ high speed winds are unmanageable!
Refund: Once camping supplies have been purchased by Mr. Stratton in mid February, a refund will not be possible.
