College Counseling Update for Juniors and their Parents
Beginning in January, the college counselors will be visiting with students in the junior class to discuss SAT and ACT tests, tips on how to prepare for these tests, and a variety of topics related to the college search, application and admission process. Accounting for COVID-19 precautions, it is expected that all college counseling meetings will be scheduled through a RingCentral videoconference. Juniors and their parents are invited to contact their college counselor to schedule a college counseling appointment.
Students in the junior class whose last name begins with (A-K) are assigned to Chet Childress (chetchildress@trinityes.org).
Students with a last name beginning with (N-Z) are assigned to Dan Geary (dnageary@trinityes.org).
The college counseling appointments typically begin in January and will take place throughout the spring semester. The college counselors will review transcripts, test scores, class schedules and help students develop a preliminary college list. Parents are encouraged but not required to attend.
