Updates to Summer Strength and Conditioning Schedule

Due to low attendance numbers in some groups and continual issues with heat, we are going to consolidate our morning and evening groups into one group offered each time of day. We will have one morning group at 9:00 a.m. and one evening group at 6 p.m. with the days offered remaining the same, Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday. These groups will run through the remainder of the summer and up to the first regular week of school. Each group is limited to 50 athletes each. Please sign up through PowerSchool at your earliest convenience.
