Belongings Retrieval and Book/Equipment Drop Off (Thursday, June 11)

(two windows: 9-11 a.m. and 4-6 p.m.)
Rain or shine

Students will have the opportunity to return to the Academic Building one last time this summer to retrieve belongings on Thursday, June 11. Please read carefully the below procedures:

Students/parents will enter the Senior Lot (off Wainfleet Drive) and remain in their cars until given instructions by a Trinity staff member. When called, students/parents may enter campus on foot through the stairway behind the Powell Library.

Please bring a bag or bags large enough to collect all personal items. Social distancing will be observed, and masks must be worn on campus at all times.

At the top of the steps (in the Kempton Garden in front of the Science Discovery Center), athletic equipment may be returned and belongings from locker rooms will be available for pickup in labeled bags. Laptops and chargers can be turned in here as well (for graduating and non-returning students).

Students/parents will then proceed to the Academic Building and directly to their lockers. Please remove all items from lockers, placing the items they wish to take in their bag and any other items in the nearest waste receptacle. No other buildings will be accessible.

Students/parents will then exit the Academic Building via E-Wing and proceed to Pach's Place/Dunn Courtyard, where they can turn-in books to be sold at the TPA Used Book Sale (please complete this Book Intake Form prior to arriving and include it in your bag of books).

Exit campus through the pathway leading between the PAC and the basement of Morgan Hall. Walk down the steps, return to the Senior Lot and then please depart promptly.

Thank you for your cooperation. If you have any questions, please contact the Reclamation Committee at yearendsupport@trinityes.org.
