Off-Campus Strength and Conditioning Continues through June

With the Trinity campus still closed, summer on-campus strength and conditioning workouts have been canceled through the end of June. Student athletes are encouraged to continue following the at-home workouts developed by Strength & Conditioning Coach Adam Banwarth. There are three separate workout progressions, each based upon the type/amount of equipment individuals have available to them.
