Drive-Thru Reclamation/Retrieval Event for Seniors

On Thursday, May 28 and Friday, May 29, Trinity will host a Drive-Thru Reclamation/Retrieval Event for seniors and non-returning students only. (Another event for returning students will be scheduled for later in the summer.)

This event is by appoiuntment only. All senrios and non-returnign students will receive an email from "yearendsupport@trinityes.org" with an invitation to reserve one appointment time during those two days. We ask that you DO NOT CARPOOL as we are trying to keep all those involved safe and healthy. 
 
No one will be exiting their cars during the event, we will be retrieving your items from your trunk at one station and placing items at another.

At this time we ask that you bring all:
  • laptop/chargers
  • athletic equipment
  • used books that you wish to sell or donate  
Laptops and Technology:
  • Please remove your laptop case
  • Please remove any stickers, defacing or markings on the device and then wipe the device clean before turning it in
  • Please move any content on your Desktop, in your Documents or Downloads to Google Drive. Following the instructions in this link: Google Takeout will assist you in transferring your content to from your Trinity Drive to a new personal Drive
  • Any device needing repair or servicing (cracked screen, trackpad, missing keys, liquid damage, etc.) may incur a fine. Students should ensure that all files have been removed from the device and saved to Google Drive as the devices will be wiped. 
  • Access to your Trinity email and Google Drive will be available through September 1, 2020, at which time it will be deleted permanently. Please email support@trinityes.org if you would like assistance with this. 
 We also have had some inquiries regarding personal items left at school, and we are happy to retrieve these for you and have them available at your appointment time. Please email yearendsupport@trinityes.org by Friday May 22 if there is anything you wish to pick up. If you’ve received an athletic award, your plaque will be delivered to you at this event.
 
If you choose to sell books at the USED Book sale in August, please complete and print the Used Book Intake Form and attach it to the bag of books prior to your arrival at school.
 
If applicable you will receive a separate email from Nurse Winefordner regarding medication or one from Diane Gillert regarding any athletic or academic equipment needed to be returned.
 
We appreciate your assistance with this event, our main concern is to keep everyone safe and healthy.
