Magnus Health Portal and Student Physical Exams

The Magnus Health Portal will open once again for returning families on May 1 for the 2022-23 school year. All Trinity students are required to complete a Magnus Health Profile, which will include permissions to participate in activities and a space to upload your most recent physical exam. Parents will receive an email on May 1 with detailed instructions about how to access and update their Magnus Health account.

All returning Trinity students are required to have a physical exam completed and dated AFTER May 1, 2021 by a physician and uploaded to the Magnus Health profile before participating in any on-campus Trinity activity in 2022-23.
