Summer Strength and Conditioning

Beginning in June, on-campus summer strength and conditioning will be available for Trinity athletes. Students are encouraged to come to the Estes Athletic Center to make new friends and meet new teammates. The official Summer Strength and Conditioning Schedule is available for download here. Please note:
  • Masks are required for all indoor activities
  • For outdoor activities, masks will not be required during times of physical exertion.
  • No written health screenings will be required to participate, but please use caution if experiencing any symptoms similar to those of COVID-19.
  • Capacity is limited to 32 athletes for each lifting group.
