Complete Magnus Health Profile by August 1

All Trinity students (both returning and incoming) are required to have an updated Magnus Health Profile, which will include permissions to participate in activities and a space to upload the most recent physical exam. All families (both returning and incoming) received an email in early June with detailed instructions about how to access and update their Magnus Health online account. The deadline for completion is August 1.

Students may not participate in ANY school activity (this includes preseason athletic tryouts and practices) until the Magnus Health Profile is complete.

All students are required to have a physical exam completed and dated AFTER May 1, 2021 by a physician and uploaded to the Magnus Health profile before participating in any on-campus Trinity activity. Please bring the Trinity Student Physical Exam (PDF) form with you to the exam.
