Model Organization of American States

Permission Form.

We meet in rooms of the Organization of American State's two buildings near the White House and the Washington Monument. This is about a ten block walk from our hotel. Delegates are allowed lunch breaks of about 90 minutes. This is a well policed area.

Students are required to follow a buddy system. Students must stay in groups of two or more when they are not chaperoned.

We eat dinner as a group and generally stay in the hotel after dinnner.

Sometimes the students go across the street to CVS to pick-up snacks and so forth.

Otherwise, forays into Washington are chaperoned.

I, _______________________________ give ________________________

Permission to walk in Washington, unchaperoned, as long as another student is with them.
