A few reminder to students:
- Make sure projects are approved in advance. Normally projects must be associated with a non-profit (501(c)3,4, or 19) or govermental organization. Traditionally an exception is made for hospitals.
- Turn forms in on time.
- Your yearly requirement must be completed by the beginning of Spring Break.
- In any given year at most half of your credit may come from Direct Service to the school. (e.g. If you do 30 hours of Trinity Recycling and 10 hours for the SPCA, you will only receive 20 hours credit for the year.)
- The following are the maximum number of hours that can be credited:
18 hours per school week
8 hours per non-school day
3 hours per school day (excluding hours in lieu of school)
