Trinity faculty bring excellent degrees, advanced degrees even Ph.D.s and medical degrees to the lunchroom table. Our teachers certainly rank among the best qualified faculty teaching anywhere in the Richmond area. But even though qualifications may be an area in which we shine, it is not what the students know best or remember longest about the Trinity teaching staff.

They remember teachers interested in every aspect of their lives, teachers as teammates in the process of education. They recall teachers who recognize and celebrate student accomplishments and talents, in school and out. They remember a personal mentor who worked hard to find a connection between their interests and their education. They never forget a miracle worker who drew out of them the talents and abilities they never knew were there, and they cherish teacher/friends long after the Trinity years are over.

A Trinity diploma is defined by the commitment of our faculty: there is nothing on this campus to compare with the impact and importance of a teacher in a Trinity student's education no building, no books, no equipment. Take heart in knowing that every faculty member here has been selected, first and foremost, for that commitment, for a love of teaching, and for a joy in students.
